This newsgroup has been passed on to me by a colleague-in-christ for my
urgent attention.

You know friends, those of you who suffer from the grave affliction of
tinnitus must have grievously sinned for this affliction to have been
visited upon you.

Dont deny the plain truth, for this is a punishment for something you must
have done which displeaseth the LORD.

But the LORD of hosts is also the GOD of forgiveness. There is still hope.
If you now with a contrite heart repent of your sins and turn to the LORD,
if He deems you worthy he can still release you from your torment.  The
alternative can only be worse. What have you to lose from turning from your
wicked ways?

May the LORD purge and renew you.
Ben - 23 Aug 2005 15:07 GMT
And may your Dog forgive you for writing such a vicious, shite-filled post!

BEN your words are not from the LORD. You shamelessly espouse atheism and
idolatry and dance like a flea, swirling around the cesspit of your own
iniquity. You mislead other souls into wrong paths. Ben you have sinned.

Remember in the Hereafter, for their greater pleasure the Righteous shall
be afforded a clear view of the torments of the damned, burning in
hellfire below.

So won't you join me now in prayer and repent of your sins? End your
torment and join those who shall enjoy eternal life.

You're full of crap!  Truly righteous people never enjoy watching anyone
suffer, you boob!

And the logical extension of this is that children who suffer from serious
illnesses also are unrepentant sinners.

You are a morally bankrupt idiot.

Ya know, we can, once again, let trolls get the best of us and hijack
this group away from tinnitus support.

Or not.

Not just for Howard, this just happened to be the post hit reply for.

Howzabout we talk about tinnitus instead of about one another?

No wonder  seats are empty at churches with this kind of bull sh.t!
fyfpoon@gmail.com - 24 Aug 2005 02:47 GMT
Yes, anger is an emotion that can cause tinnitus.  The other one is
insecurity or worry about the future.  Not trusting in God is a sin.
Ben - 24 Aug 2005 09:06 GMT
Okay Francis,  but  how is it possible for me to trust in something I don't
believe in?

Never mind what religion you belong too.  Getting angry to the point
where your nerve is damaged is a sin you commit against your own body.
Ben - 02 Sep 2005 16:14 GMT
PLEASE don't start going down the religious path of making us blame
ourselves for tinnitus.  We all get angry on occasions at the injustices in
this rotten world, but I am sure Dog wouldn't inflict it upon anyone - or
would she?

Your anger is not sin before it begins to damage your nerve.

Francis - I am sorry but this is a load of old cobblers!

The body and mind is similar to a vehicle, if not maintained & cared
then illness sets in.  Yes, maybe anger or STRESS can
cause tinnitus but never proven.

Not trusting in GOD  - who saies its a sin except for the followers!

Religion is an  MAN MADE excuse for things we just can't explain.

Never proven?  The Chinese herb doctors for thousands of years have
herb formula specifically designed for those who t is caused by anger.
alfred - 31 Aug 2005 11:52 GMT
I once saw a documentary once about how the first christians (the ones
that the romans were trying to obliterate, not the ones that created
the church years after christ's death) used to hide in secret
underground rooms and have orgies.

sin? or peace and love?

I've been ANGRY for years, and now that I'm back from vacation the t is
up a little.

Too bad none of them worked, huh?

Have you tried it?  I have and found *some* work.  The reason why you
refuse to try is because it is too 'ethnic' for you.  Your attitude is
one of those fostered by Hollywood movies and the dumb-downing R_n_R
music.

Stress causes the muscles to tense up. That causes the tinnitus.

I would hesitate to say tight muscles cause tinnitus. However I would
definitely say it may aggravate tinnitus.

And here I thought I'd heard it all...  Lemme see, if we repent & pray
we get forgiven. If not, we all [already no doubt] got purged and
renewed-so how come we're still beepin' & wooshin'?  Sounds to me
you're trivializing religion and/or people of faith on several fronts.
At least your not peddling merchandise or asking for money I suppose.
Y'all haveth a nice day you hear...
Bart.

Wow, looks like the religious trolls finally found alt.support.tinnitus

as well. What's next on your agenda... blame terminal cancer patients
for
their sins?
