Heyo, Ben.
If you read this, I was wondering what is involved in the excercises you are
doing every morning to reduce/eliminate your tinnitus?

Hi Tage,

I think my background story is waaay too long to go into for you at the
moment.  Yours might well subside, and as someone else has suggested - do
get your ears examined for wax as it definitely can, and does cause
tinnitus.  If you still have the loud ringing in your head in a couple of
weeks, I will happily relate my present situation to you.  Bear in mind that
I have had T for coming up to 15 years!
