Okay, I promise not to post unless I fail in future!  I am getting really
good at experimenting now - in fact, I am an expert now :-)  My T went quiet
after a 20 minute lie-down, and is quiet as I type. This is all SO weird!

You mean you may have  c-c-c-c-cured it ???

Seriously, the more success you have doing this, the more the virtuous loop,
the more relaxed you'll become, the more likely you really will beat it.
You may disagree with this but IMO how we are feeling _does_ feed back into
the actual level of tinnitus (and I'm not talking about habituation).   I'm
envious.  Good luck !!

That would be something, eh?  I always wake up every single morning with T -
it can vary, though it is usually loud, and more often than not, on my left
side.  However, since lying down for anywhere between 15 to 40 minutes I can
get it to subside.  Once it has subsided, that is it for the rest of the
day, unless I am stupid enough to doze off!

My partner said I ought not to write each day to say how well I am doing as
it could be very dispiriting to the others on here who can't do anything
about theirs, so I thought besides boring everyone, I wouldn't write now
unless I have something negative to report, or try and help others.   Thanks
for your good wishes Steve - have you seen my post about Propranalol? Will
you try it?   *Anything* is worth a try!   I feel I am in control again, and
you can't beat that feeling, most especially as I have felt suicidal on
several occasions this year.   So - never, ever give up hope.

Wow, so _good_ news is dispiriting eh ?    Many of us, you included, have
been through hard times with this T. It's nice to hear some encouraging news
for a change.

No, when did you make it?  I'll go googling for it anyway.
