It is weird, eh? I can lie down with the T really, really loud, and I
think, no way will this loud ringing cease! After about 10 to 15 minutes,
it just suddenly goes quiet, as if I have switched it off. I always feel
totally amazed, and I lie there thinking it *can't* have gone, and really
listen for it, but it ain't there. I think that is why, even if I got T a
bit, that a lot of it simply must be muscular like Elly states. I know it
sounds great, and it is, but to have to lie down, and I often drop off to
sleep so don't gain a lot, it can be a bit boring sleeping my life away -
though it is quiet while I am asleep, eh?
I will keep testing myself each morning to see if I can get it to subside,
and stay away. Normally when I get up, it gets up with me, but I am
wondering if I have been getting up too quickly after it has gone. I will
let you know what happens over the next few days. I do have the occasional
quiet day (after the usual noisy start) and this might be one of them, so I
need to test out a longer lie-in for a week or more.

Stretching your spine with that machine I showed the group could help
the blood circulation problem which I think is at least partly
responsible for your t.
