I found it interesting that the chiro focussed on the 2 top vertebrae.
Assar Bjorne in Sweden has also given an exercise to stretch that
particular section of the neck.
See if some of you can follow this.
================
Stand with back to a wall - with a rolled up towel vertically behind
the shoulder blades. The head should not touch the wall.
With the eyes looking straight ahead pull back the head. No tilting of
the head - no looking up - always look straight ahead.
Hold for 5-10 seconds - relax.
Turn head to the left - use hand on chin to push the head gently a
little further to the left - hold 3 seconds - relax.
Turn head to the right - use hand on chin to push the head gently a
little further to the right - hold 3 seconds - relax.
=================
Seated or standing:
Turn head to the right
Use RH to grab back of the neck on left side
Turn head to the left, at same time pull RH across muscles at back of
neck in opposite direction.
Turn head to the left
Use LH to grab back of the neck on right side
Turn head to the Right, at same time pull LH across muscles at back of
neck in opposite direction.
It will make sense as you follow the directions and do it.

Right Francis. I'm now doing these exercises every night and morning and
we'll see...
Elly, I wonder, if there were _one_ simple exercise you would recommend for
tinnitus, which would it be ?

One simple exercise? I think you would have to try various ones and
see which one works best for you.
