Christian - 05 Aug 2005 21:44 GMT
ive set myself a deadline of 13th august to end my life ( i have to
return to work on the 14 th and cant see myself coping with that with
all the other problems).  One minute i feel like i have to carry on and
try to overcome it all and another minute i want to just take the easy
way out.  The truth is that is my preferred option but im so scared i
wont succeed.  Lets hope i finally have the curage to end this hell of
dizziness and disorientation.

The situation is not as hopeless as you think, Christian.  Many of us
went through it.  I still recall I told my doctor that if he could heal
me, I would give him all my money.

If I were you, I would do the following, knowing that the best doctors
from the NHS at UK have been unable to help you.  But you do need drugs
or a medical treatment in your case, not just the simple 'habituation'
that is being passed around!

(1)Put yourself on aprazolem(Xanx or ativan) to end all that madness!
But first of all, see if other drugs such as 'stemitile' could help.  I
know many doctors in UK like that medicine. So talk to a doctor.
(2)put yourself on a program that would lead to a certain degree of
nerve healing.
The program includes the following:
(a)a tablet of gingko biloba plus one tablet of vitamin B complex
before breakfast daily.  This helps the recovery of your nerve.
(b)a visit to a chiro to have your spine relaxed weekly.  See if you
could get a massage at the same time to relax your muscles.  Remember,
this takes time.  So stick to this for at least 2 months for
observation.
(c)Enrol in a simple exercise program such as weight lifting.  Get
yourself very very tired before going to bed.
(c)visit a certified acupuncturist in UK and see how you feel after one
or two treatments.

I went through the mess you are going through.  Give yourself on the
above program for at least 3 months before easing yourself off the drug
in (1) very very very very very slowly...  Take as many months to do it
as possible.  The 8th nerve pair is very slow to recover.
Don't be in a hurry to get off medication that soon.  Life is meant to
be enjoyed.

Take care, and come back to tell us your feedback.

Knowing the best doctors in the UK were unable to help, Poon proceeds to
prescribe medicine.  Amazing, Poon, truly amazing.  You are a dangerous
woman, Francis.

Francis with an "i" is male- Frances with an "e" is female. Poon is a
guy. As the saying goes "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing".

FRANCIS is male while FRANCES female.  Are you an American learning
American language in American high school?

After teaching you something about English, let me tell you something
about doctors.  I had 15 doctors of the best calibre when my tinnitus
first started.  None was able to do anything.  It was finally Ativan
that stopped the madness.  I read that on a website and brought that
idea to a doc.  He approved it and prescribed it to me.  It had its
side-effects, of course.  But Christian is about to kill himself
anyway, assuming it is true.  So what has he got to lose?  Ativan is a
prescribed medicine.  He has to go to a doc in order to have it
prescribed.  I would think the doc in UK would advise him whether
something like that is for him, and I would think the doc in UK would
know how to get him out of the med after putting him in.

So what is your solution to someone about to end his life?  NONE!

You need to see a mental health specialist immediately. Dizziness and
disorientation are the least of your problems right now.

Do you do this here every year on some anniversary or is it a total random
thing?

Remember what advice people gave you the last 5 years in a row you have
posted this cry? Maybe you could follow some of it and get on with your
life?
