I am taking my holiday here in BC.  During this time, I have the
opportunity of drinking a lot of good quality coffee that keeps me
awake.  I have discovered that avoiding napping seems to be a good way
to improve on my tinnitus.  I recalled what my ENT doctor once told me
that napping is a poor form of sleep, and the poor sleep hinders nerve
recovery.  So either you keep yourself awake or sleep for long hours or
like having a proper sleep.

Any experience to share?

doesn't the coffee tighten up the blood vessels?

It's the opposite to taking ginkgo biloba!

Having not felt so far.  Perhaps each person reacts differently to
caffiene.  Caffiene keeps me awake and that is the purpose.  Perhaps by
remaining awake throughout the entire day, i sleep better at night,
going into a deeper level.

I am beginning to think that the state of alertness of the nervous
system is what improves tinnitus.
GB improves activity in the cortex.
caffeine improves the nervous system.

the fact that thc can increase tinnitus leads me to believe that it can
actually weaken the nervous system.
