It won't cure everybody, but it mostly cured me.
Bell's Palsy is a frequent manifestation of tick borne diseases like
Lyme disease. My T was caused by it, and was greatly improved by high
dose oral antibiotics.
Almost all Lyme disease patients (long term illness) complain of tinnitus.
Other infections that also attack the central nervous system could also
cause Bell's Palsy and tinnitus.

Bell's palsy is often associated with infection with a herpes
virus. It can affect the auditory nerve and inner ear. Ramsey-Hunt
syndrome is another example of a herpetic (zoster) infection
causing tinnitus.
In cases where reactivations occur, antivirals (e.g., acyclovir)
are given to reduce the activation intensity and duration.
