Ever since I used the following simple device, my t intermittency seems
to have been broken.  Now, if i could resist napping, i would
oftentimes end up with a complete quiet week.

Hi everyone,
Here is what the link says:

Cervical Vertebra Machine Series
The cervical vertebra good recovery instrument is a medical instrument used
for pulling, fixing and massaging the nape,It can prevent and treat various
kinds of cervical vertebra diseases such as bone hyperplasia, fracture
misplacement coxal projecting of the cervical vertebra. This product has the
functions of relaxing tiredness, strengthening muscle powers, enlarging space
of cervical vertebra, modifying the positions of cervical vertebra, making
vertebra artery unimpeded and increasing volumn of running blood in the
brain etc

It looks like it pumps up with air and stretches your neck.  This is
really helping you?
I may make one and go stretch my neck.  Does this thing vibrate too?
  Thanks Fpoon

No, it does not vibrate.  As you pump air, your vertebra gets
stretched.  It has helped me reduce the t intermittency.  You have to
try it for a month before the effect becomes tangible.  The theory
behind is that in many cases the cause of tinnitus comes from a
compressed spine or cluster of tension built up in the neck

Looks most interesting...  Anything that can support the neck in bearing the
weight of my head would be most relaxing I think.  Is there a price stated?

I bought it for Can$50 in Vancouver but i think you would pay much less
than that online.
