I have created a sleep CD that is about 60 minutes long.  I won't go into
great detail but suffice it to say it helps a great deal to sleep without
being bothered.  I set it to repeat all night and it works great.  Anyone
who would like a copy can email me for info and then simply send me a blank
CD with a return self-addressed and stamped envelope and I will make it for
you and send it back.

Good work Paul.
What did you put on the CD?

It's a nature CD - crickets, background water, birds and the like.  It's a
non-repeating type of thing, so you get 60 minutes (and can set to repeat of
course) of non-distracting relief.  I sleep to it every night.

You might consider posting the CD on the  New Age music news group,
just use the search program of your choice and search the news groups
for New Age. You would probably have to convert it to MP3 format but
should not be a problem. I did the same thing about 10 years ago and I
used a thunderstorm to go to sleep.
Works great !
