In response to my request to further reduce my t, my acupuncturist
suggested the use of the following:

The idea is for relaxing the muscles along the neck.  She made that
suggestion after asking me to perform one experiment.  When I strectch
out my lower jaw, the t sound so produced is exactly the same pitch as
the t sound going on in my head.

Try it!  It costs about US$30.  What have you got to lose?
