Cheap over the counter sleep aid that made a big difference in my ability to
cope with "T".  Not addictive no hangover or side affects and I've taken it
for 4 1/2 years now and it still works just as good 5 days a week as ever.
Getting a good nights sleep allowed me to get my life almost back to normal.
The generic version is about ten cents a dose.  Now the only time I wear ear
protectors is when I am around really loud stuff like loud appliances saws
etc.

I've tried it without much success (50mg) although it has helped when I
have allergy symptoms. Melatonin usually works for me on most nights.
