Hi at all,
I do not know if I have tinnitus.
I feel from many time a background  sound always equal as the sound of an
agricultural machine far 100-150 meters
Then I feel a nforeground sound much more  height  and much variable as a
big hiss or rustling (water cascading).
The foreground sound is lessing  with the respiratory gimnastic but the back
ground sound is too equal.
The  foregoground sound cove also pulling muscles of the neck turning the
head on the left and to right with force, but then resumes.

I feel to speak about relaxation and  bio-feedback but I do find nobody
able to make this therapy.
Can you help me  to understand how can I do to do  bio-feedback terapy and
relaxing terapy?
Thank in advance
PP

Hi PP,

Yes, it would seem you have tinnitus. And it responds to muscle
movements.

Any kind of relaxation would be good. You can sometimes buy commercial
CDs with relaxation information on them.

You can start Tai Chi or Yoga.

You can do some neck stretching exercises for the muscles of your
neck. They are mentioned on this page:
http://eebee.net/earpain.shtml

And have a look at all the other pages on that site.
What could be causing the pain in your neck muscles?
