I have gone through it myself.  It helps a little bit but the
improvement is not permanent.  However, I do know another person who
went to it and has had 'permanent' improvement.  So it depends on the
cause of your t.  Usually hyperbaric oxygen treatment is combined with
intravenous injection.  The idea is to improve blood circulation.

I used it for patients but could find no evidence of benefit and no longer
recommend it.
