While standing up straight ...

If I look at the ceiling and push my chin out, there is no change in the
tone in my ears.

If I look forward & push my chin out, the ringing in my ears changes to a
higher pitch and gets louder. It goes away when I relax my chin.

Does this happen to anyone else with tinnitus?
