Recently my T had worsened for no explicable reason, despite my positive
thinking, Ginko Bilioba, and signs of habituation, then........ suddenly I
had some very good private news...and would you believe it.....I forgot
about my T for hours and it seems so much gentler now when I do focus on it.

My conclusion is that your state of mind is of the utmost importance in how
you perceive your level of  T, and positive thinking and a good happy state
of mind is of paramount importance.

Cheers,
Simon.

I agree..I have either had a really really quiet week with my T or maybe its
the fact that just over a week ago I decided not to focus on it
anymore.....first quietish week in 2 years??? I'd say the latter !
