Looks like 'None None' has none answer.
There are commercial products that purport to have all the right stuff
for Tinnitus. For instance:
Alpha Tinnitus Formulas (http://www.alphatinnitusformulas.com/)
Arches Tinnitus Formulas (http://www.tinnitusformula.com/)
RingStop (http://www.tinnitusearringing.com/ring_stop_info.htm)
even T-Gone (http://www.t-gone.com/)
But I wonder if they are just taking the recommendations from 'free'
vitamin supplement recipes like:
Readers Digest (http://www.readersdigest.co.uk/health/tinnitus.htm)
Herbs2000 (http://www.herbs2000.com/disorders/tinnitus.htm)
Holistic online
(http://www.holistic-online.com/Remedies/Ear/tin_alt_diet-vitamin.htm)
The 'free' sources seem to indicate a 300-400 mg twice a day regimen.
If you try one of these regimens PLEASE report back here with your
results.

I take (1) 400mg tab t.i.d. for a total of 1200mg q.d.
P.S. I have a life besides this newsgroup.
As I type this, my T is quiet ,e.g. I have
none right now.
