I can't seem to find a straight answer on if Cephalexin(Keflex) is
ototoxic or isn't. I was recently diagnosed with an infection and I
specifically requested a non ototoxic antibiotic. I would appreciate any
info. Thanks.

Oral Keflex (I'm not aware if there is even an otic preparation) is not
ototoxic.
And I don't believe there are any adverse reaction(s) pertaining to
hearing or
the ear itself.

I wondered that too, I had an anaphaltic (sp) reaction to keflex a few years
ago..wondered if that was associated with my T.

I had an alleged anaphylactic reaction to penicillin as a child, yet it turns
out that I'm not allergic to it.  It was very likely a reaction to endotoxins
produced by bacterial die-off, according to my immunologist.  I had a similar
reaction to cephalosporin decades later, and I'm not allergic to that, either.
I take both types of antibiotics with no problems now.
