You probably mean "Wie bitte?". If I am not mistaken this is roughly what it
says:

Only the main points have been covered, but he will go into more details in

The problem for most of you is that the site is in German.

By the way, my Belgian medical insurance company stated that the THE country
to be in for a possible cure for T is Germany. The lady with whom I had an
interview  regarding reimbursement for laser treatment said that Germany is
light years ahead of  the United States, or anywhere else in the world for
that matter. Apparently T is taken very very seriously there and the search
for a cure is of extremely high importance. (Please note this is only what I
was told by those in good authority, so don't fire any bullets at me,
please!!).
