The person who wrote tinn.com is a TRT advocate.

I still wear my Masker/Noise Generator after 4 years and find it beneficial
in helping me cope with my Tinnitus.

No two people are the same and therefore everyone's experience of tinntius
will be different and unique to them.
The  effects of TRT treatment will affect people differently to and that's
why patience is needed in order to obtain max benefit; usually this is 18
months and longer...

TRT is something I would recommend to anyone that wants to try and cope with
their Tinntius better. I was advised by my Hearthing Therapist to wear my
Masker for 8 hrs per day at 2hr intervals, again this will differ from
person to person that's why it's best to be under the advice from an ENT
clinic.

Try never to be in a room in complete silence as Tinnitus can often be
exacerbated due to the brain focusing on no external sounds. If possible
always have a sound generator or radio turned down low especially at night
when one's surroundings are usually quiet. This is the whole purpose of TRT,
to help the brain focus on other sounds other than one's Tinnitus.

Sorry to disagree with you J, but nearly all TRT clinicians are audiologists,
many who exercise their right to practice in their own clinics, etc, and I am
not aware of any ENT physician in the USA who is providing TRT at this
time..............please check out the Jastreboff Clinic list at
