I am so angry, the first day I got my mouth splint it split, I conitnued to
wear it while the guy made me another one...I went through the horrible
transition period which the dentist said is what he would expect if it was
working..anyway after a week or so and 2 days off work my jaw got used to
it, Then I went and picked up the new one..the guy said the other one was
obviously faulty. Welll nowww I have to go through the transition period all
over again..because apparantly the split one was doing absolutley nothing
for the last 2 weeks.
So I have worn the new one for the last 24 hours, both my ears are blocked
the T ear is just going off with crickets and my teeth are sore...and for
all my trouble I have a dentist bill for $300.

The dentist assures me all this is normal and the more discomfort the
better, but geeez, how much can one person put up with?

If the splint made you more nervous, perhaps you should not wear it at all.
