well I had Bowen therapy eysterday..b4 it on a cale of 1 to 10 my T was at an 8or 9..for a few hours after it it went to 2 then it got loud again, this morning it is really really quiet..This woman was rough as..but she was gettign right into the tendons in my neck..it hurt like hell but it was good hurt..I thorougly recom end Bowen therapy to everyone!! A girl at work had it done for fatigue...this girl always had like a red pimple liek raSH on her face after one session the rash was gone..it is amazing stuff!! Even if it doesnt soften your T it is still well worth it ! That sounds like a good move. Did the woman say anything about the state of your neck muscles?
