Hi Omar,
Itr is possible that there is lot of tension in the left side of the
neck muscle. Then when you lie down to sleep the muscle feels worse.
Have a look at http://eebee.net/earpain.shtml
Can you have some sound or music playing at night?
Have the radio on in between staions.
Or put a CD on permanent repeat?
Tinnitus is a pain in the neck

I have been sleeping without drugs for the past 4 months. Your pain
might have come about as a result of poor blood circulation somewhere
in your head. Talk to your doctor about using one tablet of
betahistine after dinner daily and do so for 3 months at least.

You need to use the same principles for sleep
no heavy meal before sleep
no caffeine after 8
warm relaxing tub
quiet bed surroundings
same time to sleep
good algebra or similar book
for T background noise/music is good.
for my patients having the TV on is good, preferrably the shopping network
