mouth splint

well today I had the moulds done for my mouth splint..he was shocked at how
much I grind my teeth and clench my jaw..he said usually ppl wear it on the
top and only at night..I have to wear it at the bttom and all the time,
except when I'm eating.....I'm not holding my breath, but you never never
know!!

Jenny, try some of the exercises on Dr. Grossan's website. The splint will
protect your teeth, but won't stop the clenching or resolve any asymmetry in
muscle strength.
