Sleeping WITHOUT a pillow

That is what I have been advised by a doctor.  It works!  The sound
and the pitch of the t sound become smaller when I sleep without a
pillow.  So there is something to be said about the blood flow theory.

Only if you are asleep during the day.

So far...but I still have to take more time to find out if something
we do during the time we sleep is responsible for my intermittent t.
