Hi -

My name is Barb and I live in New Hampshire. I was a member of this group
many years ago - back in the late '90's. I have just been able to connect to
newsgroups again and thought I would stop by and see if there was anyone
left that remembered me. I lived in Massachusetts at the time.

I have had tinnitus since 1996 - caused by a combination of an auto
accident, neck injury and plain, old, simple tension. I tried masking, but
the more noise I put in the ear the louder the tinnitus seems to get - go
figure - so trying to cover the noise just does not work for me. It really
just boils down to living with it, at least for me.

Hope to see some old friends and meet some new friends.

Barb

Hi, Barb,

Not too many oldtimers here but there are a couple.

How are you doing now?

Hi Barb,

accident, neck injury and plain, old, simple tension.

That pinpoints your cause nicely.
Have you done anything about the muscle tension?
