Hello.

It's been a while but I see you are still alive and well on planet a.s.t.! I
left for some time because of the usual 'crap' between two sides. I had a
lot of relief of T with Alprazolam but of course "it's only good while
you're taking it".
My T is back to its old self since I stopped the Xanax a month ago. Loud as
ever... what can you do... Oh well, could be worse ;o)

I was on Ativan in the beginning.  It helped me stop the madness.
However, my doctor later on began to help me move out of it.  The
reason he gave was that if a t patient keeps covering up his ears with
medicine, he will never get well because his ears are not allowed the
chance to get used to a different level of sound vibration.
