I *never* put sugar in my coffee! And my T doesn't get worse when I drink it.

Adding sugar to coffee is a learned response. During the war when sugar was not
available, everyone learned to drink it without sugar and liked it much better.
Good coffee tastes better without sugar and you save your teeth and calories.
Learn to drink it without sugar, not for T, but for other reasons.

Don't drink coffee with sugar however sometimes I have coffee with a sweet
roll. Nothing I eat or drink has any effect on my T.

Have you tried coffee and sugar (yuk) in the afternoon or evening in order
to make a comparison?
