extremely low pitched humming type tinnitus after holiday, and very stressful return journey. Could this be a neurological hum, or impacted wax ie, mechanical in nature. I'll get to the doc tommorow to check for wax. I actually notice the hum less lying down, and it's allmost like I am half thinking it's audible, and half HEARING it. Alot like a huge diesel engine. |
