Hello,
I certainly am happy to see you have joined the crowd,
and have started "spraying" gently, and have stopped
plunging all the bacteria and fungus in your nasal
passage up into your brain, with that dangerous
"irrigator" that the spammers keep pushing
here in this newsgroup. Pleas remember to
sterilize, by boiling, the thing you are
using. Actually the apparatus you use
to spray, should be seperate from
the solution; in otherwords you
should keep the solution in a
sterilized container, then
pour it into the sprayer
each time.
Think of your tooth brush in that "they"
tell you to let it dry out before using
it. You are to have several tooth brush
thingy going all at the same time so as
to beable to dry them out before using
them again. With something that you are
going to put into the nose, it should be
boiled each time after use.
Is the salt solution still 2 teaspoons to a pint of water?
I only make on pint at a time, because of contamination
precaution. - I hope iam doing it right . . .

I don't want to mess with the contamination thing so I cough up 4
bucks for the aerosol 2oz can called Simply Saline. Just purified
water and 0.9% sodium chloride. Nothing else added. I tried Sea Mist.
It has 5 other additives. It irritated my nasal passages even more.
Most over the counter only have .65%sodium chloride. 0.9% works best
for me. I feel better, sleep better with less snoring according to my
wife and certainly breathe much better. I use a spray morning,
afternoon and before bed. Wish I knew this 30 years ago.
Simply Saline made by Blairex Labs.
