The obvious choice--if he's still seeing new patients--is Dr. Grossan
himself. If he's not, then you might want to contact him and ask him to
refer you to someone. He can be reached at

Another possibility is to contact the UCLA Medical Center in L.A., which
was highly-ranked for otolaryngology by the annual U.S. News magazine
survey:

I don't know if that because someone writes to this newsgroup a lot, and
promotes his products here, that necessarily makes him an "obvious choice".
I guess in a way, because one has heard the name from reading here. Creating
and promoting a Waterpik attachment doesn't necessarily make one a good
surgeon though.
Yes, UCLA has some good ENTs. So does USC, like the well-known Dale Rice. Or
David Alessi, who used to practice at Cedars-Sinai where Dr. Grossan works,
but now I believe has a private practice in Beverly Hills.
There are a lot of good ENTs in LA. It would be hard for anyone to say who
is "best". That's very subjective anyhow.
If you are considering surgery, you might want to visit several ENTs in the
area, get their opinions on possible surgery, and decide which you feel most
comfortable with.
