Hello, Just wonder if there is a common denominator among us all. We all seem so much alike, i was wondering if we could set down our geneology, and compare what it is that we may all have alike. I will start so as to give an example of what i mean: We came to America on the second boat-load of Dutch (from Holland); then Indian genes; then English; then Scottish . . . Does anyone see any comparison? My mother is a mix of Irish, Native American, German-Jew. I have ten siblings of which four have asthma like me, and two have severe allergies. I have six children of which four have asthma, two grandchildren of which one has asthma. The sinus problem is mine alone in my family and results from a severe accident when I was 13 and my face was crushed therefore causing my sinus not to develop any further. Hello, We best put our respond messages at the top, because this may start to get looooong: It is most unusual we could hit on 100% perfection, however we have more than one similarity in all of us. If we could get more to join, i wonder if we would find ourselves batting 1,000. Blood type as Shirley suggested is a good idea, so letus add that: I am: RH negative O We are called, "Universal Donner". That means we can donate blood to anyone; no matter what their blood type. Iamthezookeeper?s family speaks for her, because as i said before: i had 2 asthmatic children; 1 of which had 2 deaf-mute children. One of my asthmatic children was from a German/Jew genealogy, while the other was of Russian/(possibly Celtic). I think we can eliminate the German, however some Jew are Asiatic, which is what our American Indians are, therefore we need to look at ?Asiatic? as being a cause (similarity), however it seems to need to be of the ancient (dark-skinned (original)) Asiatic, which is what the American Indian is, and what we all have in our genealogy. They did not speak English at all. My Mother's family were Catholics but my Father was not. We have black haired Germans from my Mothers side- and blondes from my Fathers side. My blood type- 0 negative, negative. I inherited my health problems from my Father. Heart disease, allergies, Celiac disease, Gerds, large bones and my coloring of blue eyes and fair skin, height. My sister has black hair and dark brown eyes and looks like my Mother. shirley No studies have shown any relationship between race or blood type and sinusitis, as far as I know. Those are obvious factors and would have been identified a long time ago if they had any relevance, in my opinion. I would be cautious about posting that kind of personal detail publicly. She is very tall (about 5'11), born blond, big hands, was asthmatic, now ok ( grew out of it). I wish i knew her blood type (remember her mother's blood type is RH negative O).
