Ideally I'm looking for a paragraph or two (photograph is ok too but mainly paragraph) that describe 1)the source: eg., is it mostly venous water from fenestrated blood vessels or are there globlets producing it and other sources and where and 2)the direction of the flow during a)involuntary (ciliary) clearance b)swallowing and if available c)snorting and sneezing.++The ENT books I have consulted to date (only about 5 and some journals probably not the better ones) do not seem to fully describe the above! -------------- ?????? ????????
