I'm on my second water pik and second Grossan attachment.
Can't get the water pressure to go beyond the second-from-lowest setting. It
sputters at anything higher.
Haven't used anything but water with these yet.
Any ideas?

It is important that the stream be one inch high.
Check with your insurance carrier and see if they cover the Hydro Pulse which
is designed for this adjustment.
Hydro PUlse doesn't require a prescription but one from your MD would help with
the incurance coverage. You can download the references that recommend this too
to show the insurance carrier.

I'm curious how soon after sinus surgery you can start using the
Water-Pic and Grossan attachment again.

Rinsing the sinuses with the salty ocean spray is horrible. I use the
soothing Alkolol in the water pic.
