My ENT told me that the steroid nasal sprays don't remain in the nose
more than a couple of hours anyway--but the effect lasts longer. He
said that, for example, if I want to irrigate three or four hours after
having used my Flonase spray, that should be fine.

Rhinocort is absorbed after about an hour.
So you can swim 1 1/2 hours atter Rhinocort.
Good idea, since chlorine is an irritant, to wash the nose after the pool. YOu
can use a lavage bottle or spray bottle to get the chlorine effect out.
You can take the Breathe.ease Lavage bottle , add the Breathe.ease and carry it
dry to the pool. Then add water after swimming.
