Its been going so well.
After my initial fear, my polyp started to disappear. In fact I
couldn't even see it after about 5 days of antibiotic's and my nasal
spray. Well the antibiotics have now finished but im still taking the
nasal spray.
Well, the little devil has started to come back. I have a had a sore
throat develop today and after getting an hours sleep I'm awake and
worrying again.
I did miss one day of my nasal spray treatement as I was away and
forgot to take it with me.
Is it normal for them to come back in such a way?
Other great news is that I chased up my doctor to check he had written
to a ENT specialist to take over my case. He has but the waiting list
is 6 to 8 months for an appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Doesn't the NHS service make you pround to be english!

I forgot to mention that I'm starting to believe the Polyp reacts to
pollen. I was on my way into work this morning thinking about it.
The polyp arrived during a huge hayfever problem (worse I have ever
had by a long way). Our office moved out to the countryside in the
winter. Last week it was heavy rain and the pollen count was very
low. Yesterday it was very high again.
Is this likely?

Pollen can cause allergies, allergies can cause swelling,
swelling can cause polyps.
