Is it possible to blow your nose too hard and thus cause possibly more
swelling to your turbinates?

If so then how do I get rid of all the crap up there in the morning, (I
usually blow it all out when in the shower although I do blow very hard)

And I do have a sinus irrigator but I don't use it yet!

cheers
Dave

when you blow it should sound like th mating call of a bull elephant and should
be loud enough to frighten away any potential burglars.

seriously, any pressure over 5 PSI can be harmful - as in PERMANENT deafness.
The advantage of pulsatile irrigation is that you don't need much pressure to
remove the thick mucus and you can set the irrigator = about one inch high - at
a known safe level and keep it there.
