I have a severe sinus infection, but i also have high blood pressure. I've been
taking clarinex, but it seems to run my blood pressure up. Does anyone  know of
a sinus solution that doesn't raise blood pressure.?

Clarinex-D may welll raise blood pressure (the D is decongestant).

Clarinex won;t help you sinus infection anyway.  Antihistimines are to decrease
watering.  If your sinusitis is chronic, they should be avoided anyway.

To decrease swelling etc. I would suggest a steroid nasal spray (e.g Nasonex or
Flonase)

To clear up an infection, you could consider an antiobiotic.

Nasal irrigation will also help relieve symptoms and flush away infected
secretions.  However, since Sammy D. has high blood pressure, he should
use a lower concentration of salt in the irrigation solution than is
usually recommended.
