Two weeks ago I had sinus surgery, now what .I still have gross post
nasal drip,It seems to me the infection is still there My doctor is on
vacation for another weekand i'm desperate. Has anyone else had this
kind of reaction after surgery.

I wouldn't expect the post nasal drip to clear that quickly anyway. It can
take over a year.

Yep. For 6 months. I had my sinus surgery in August 1997, and my
severe post nasal drip didn't clear till February 1998.

You'll have to be very very very very patient!
