I feel really stupid asking this question but what does Sinusitis feel
like.

I've read every article that there is on this topic but I would be
very interested in hearing from those who suffer from Sinusitis.  Here
are my major questions..

1- Does it mostly involve discolored mucous?
2- Does the pressure mostly exist somewhere on the sinuses (forehead,
cheekbones, jaw)
3- Is it always accompanied by a sore throat?  I would think that if
the mucous is infected and dripping then the throat has to be sore.
Is this true?
4- Does it involve a low grade fever?
5- Can an endoscope alone diagnose sinusitis?
6- Can an endoscope in conjunction with a CT scan almost always
diagnose sinusitis?

My symptoms:

1- Clear mucous
2- Usually bad post nasal drip
3- Swollen nose -- pressure in nose
4- When my nose is not swollen it's incredibly dry.  Only nasal gel &
saline spray provide temporary relief.
5- Every once in a while I'll brown a gallon of crap out of my nose.
Always 100% clear.  Right after I blow my nose it gets very dry.
6- Loss of normal appetite.  Only certain food can be tolerated
7- The thought of drinking water makes me sick.  I need orange juice
and gatorade only.
8- Endoscope from 3 different ENT's shows no obvious blockage an no
obvious infection.  It does show narrow passageways and basically
everything swollen & red.
9- CT scan shows no sinus disease.  The sinuses are close to 100%
black on the CT scan (which I believe means air filled).

What the hell is wrong with me and why can't I get a diagnosis?  I'm
taking all the products that are usually used to treat sinusitis
because this is all the Dr'.s seem to be willing to recommend.

1- Levaquin (21 days)
2- Rhincort AQ
3- Oral steroids
4- Irrigation
5- Nasal gels

"Sinusitis causes a wide variety of symptoms which can often be confused
with other medical problems or dismissed as being due to a "cold". There
may commonly be single symptoms such as a post nasal drip, stuffiness,
or pressure around the nose, but can also be a combination of the these
symptoms associated with a runny nose, clear or colored mucus, a cough,
a sore or irritated throat, pain in the teeth, headache, or fever.
Additional symptoms which sometimes occur are hoarseness, a decreased
sense of smell, and fullness of the ears....Symptoms of acute sinusitis
are often confused with an upper respiratory infection and are often
manifested as a continuation of upper respiratory symptoms. They can
also include purulent or non-purulent nasal drainage (either rhinorrhea
or post nasal drip), nasal blockage, the sensation of swelling in the
nose or sinuses, ear symptoms, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, pain
in the teeth, halitosis, pain on leaning over, fever, headache, cough,
malaise, pharyngitis, etc. Gastrointestinal and even psychiatric
symptoms are not unusual due to swallowing mucus. Differentiating
between sinusitis and a URI on a CT scan is difficult or impossible.
Symptoms of a chronic sinusitis may vary, but typically will involve one
or more of the symptoms of an acute sinusitis. Symptoms are typically
less severe in chronic sinusitis. It is typical that chronic sinusitis
symptoms may wax and wane and have a tendency to be relatively minimal."
