Good luck with that.

I tried it, but I couldn't tolerate it. It made my nose run like the
proverbial faucet.

I make up Mupirocin / saline solution and use as a spray through the
day: I find it helps to loosen a very sticky mucous that appears
impervious to saline washing and alkalol will hardly shift.
Good luck with it.

A length of about 4 cm. (+/- 1 1/2 in.) to 120 ml. (4 oz)
Use the ordinary 2% ointment, this is in a water soluble base: the
formulation described as 'nasal' is in an insoluble base.
It dissolves easily at room temperature in about 10 minutes. I keep
the unused solution in the refrigerator.
Hope this is of some help.
