Well fall has really begun in Delaware and I am having trouble waking
up and sleeping due to my sinuses.  My head feels like weight of a
bowling ball, my sinuses are all dry and I am really tired, not really
coherent and grouchy.
My alarm went off as usual at 5:15 a.m. for work, I woke up enough to
try to call into work and went back to sleep until a little after
10:00 a.m. - went to work for a few hours and now I am trying to not
nap because when I wake up I am even more grouchy and confused and it
takes me about one hour to be coherent.  This has been going on all
weekend since the weather went from the 70's to the 60's and the
leaves started falling.  I really dislike fall and any cold weather.
Yet, my doctors don't have anything that I could do to make this
better.  I rinse a couple times a day, not really getting anything
out.  I have the sniffles all day, yet my sinuses are dry.
I'm just venting, this really affects all aspects of my life almost to
the point where it is "what life?".

I know how you feel. I'm getting ready to go on vacation so i can't
really call off for a couple of hours. I'm hoping the different
climate will help. I do not adjust to the weather changes for several
days.

My nose is bleeding like i've over used my nasonex and the air is
dry.. even though i use a humidifier on the highest setting in my
living room and one in my bedroom at night.. i irrigate at least twice
a day.   I hate it when people don't "get it"   I went to a bday party
at a bar (smoke free) saturday and it was boring..nothing to keep me
going.. so of course i started getting tired.   I have about a 12 hr
to 14 hr (on a good day) of being awake, alert and happy.

Try using a heating pad on the crown of your head for a while and see
if it loosens up what is in your sinuses;
