It was suggested to me that the Zestril I'm taking could be causing some sinus probelms -- I have onle boarderline High blood pressure, so going of it as a trial is an option.
Has anyone else herd of this?
Thanks --

http://www.life-pharmacy.com/hypertension/product_zestril.html
lists sinus inflammation as a possible side effect of Zestril.
If you read the package insert it may list it too....
I know of no antihypertensive drug causing a sinus condition.

I have been on Zestril for over three years. In the last year I have had a lot of health issues including chest pain, rough dry skin (hands, face, elbows), headaches, and trouble with my thought processes (thinking). More recently I have feeling very ill and having trouble breathing, at one point I thought I had fluid in my lungs from whatever was occurring.
I went to a new doctor for a second opinion and this doctor said that they were aware of people taking Zestril over extended periods of time and it was causing problems.
They took my off of Zestril (even though I thought it was working very well). Within the first days I have made HUGE imporvements in all areas mentioned above. I have done a complete turn around due to not taking Zestril. My skin healed and was soft after just one day.. Rough skin patches that I thought would be with me for the rest of my life have already healed within ONE DAY of not using ZESTRIL.
I know this has been causing numerous health problems in my life and I recommend that anyone taking it TRY SOMETHING ELSE.
How I feel and live has dramatically improved after this change. I should also mention that I had no side affects when I started Zestril either.
It's bad news..

I dont know about this drug but all should be taken and close
attention by the patient is very important. Many drugs do make things
worse.
