I'm giving it a try... Haven't found any pecans in the shell in my end
of town.  I'll make some phone calls before i waste the gas.

Elizabeth.. do you chew up the tablets and hold that in your mouth? or
just suck on them whole?  I'm hoping i'm not sick again.  It could be
allergies... I was in training all week, driving an hour each way
which made me run down a bit...plus the guy sitting near me was
sick.

I did get adjusted and had pressure built up in my neck and had him
press on my sinuses.  I do feel better.

I hate this weather!

Suck on them whole.
Your need the Vitamin C and pepcid in your head, where the infection
is, not in your stomach.
How often is up to you.

Pretty sure it is not a sinus infection ...more allergies or cold.  It
does seem to help drain my head.  I'll use it a few more days

It is an infection, or it would not work. Allergies are pretty much
uneffected by light metals.
