Septoplasty op and strange tooth/gum feelings

Had my Septoplasty op last week and I seem to have some tingling
irritation in my two upper front teeth,also just behind them the gum
leading to the roof of my mouth feels sore - is this normal?

It's probably referred pain.
With all you went through, you need to be VERY patient about the healing
process.
