I just received a press release announcing the nationwide availability
of a new irrigation system, the SinuPulse Elite, which appears to be a
competitor to the Grossan HydroPulse.

It's got a larger tank, but its irrigation wand is more compact. Unlike
the Grossan HydroPulse, it can be set for a spray mist as well as for an
irrigation stream.

It's cheaper and it looks just as cheap and shoddy in construction as
the Grossan irrigator. Doesn't say if the narrow tubing can be removed
and replaced.

I'd skip them both at this point.

Me too. The Neil-Med is easier, more hygienic because it's actually capable
of being cleaned thoroughly, and of course much cheaper. I started out with
a WaterPik, then get the HydroPulse. I didn't experience any advantage with
pulsatile irrigation. In fact, it was pretty uncomfortable when compared
with the Neil-Med.

The SinuPulse is a great product I recommend it highly to anyone with
allergy and sinus problems. The device can deliover two distinct spray
functions either an atomized gentle moisturizing mist spray or if you
prefer the device can deliver a more thorough cleansing pulsating
rinse. Great Product! For my money best unit on the markety becuase
of the features.
