sinus surgery follow up

had sinus surgery--one of countries top surgeon--rt maxillary sinus

1 year ago--no problems

had sinus infection but  resolving on it's own--irrigation no
antibiotics--had cold 3 weeks ago large amount of clear fluid from each
niostria--settled down to purulent discharge rt nostral for 2 weeks now
better

endoscopy to day normal

cold swelled tissue closing off drainage from sinus--as swelling decreased
increased drainage resolved the infection

Peter is/was a physician's assistant.  I know of him from the
bicycling forum.  Small world ;-)
