I've got a lot of tingling in my upper teeth, the kind of feeling you get if
you have foil in your mouth or such like. I'm wondering if sinusitis can be
the cause I don't have pain in my teeth they are just uncomfortable, but my
maxillary sinuses seem to be blocked and there is pressure behind me cheeks
as well as post nasal drip.

Yep.  The upper molars are separated from the maxillary sinuses by a
layer of bone that's only a couple of millimeters thick.  Pressure in
the maxillary sinuses can cause discomfort to spread to the upper molars.

Thanks guys/girls for all the help - today the tingling has settled down a
little, but one of my teeth feels very cold (not to the touch, just the
feeling) I guess this is something nerve irritation from the sinuses can
cause as well? Sorry for so many questions, I suffer with Anxiety as well so
this is a nightmare getting these feelings...good thing is my hospital
appointment with the sinus specialist is next Friday!

The nerve that goes to the teeth, the alveolar nerve is the very same one
that goes to the maxillary sinus and it is quite difficult to tell which
area is causing the symptoms. You  have to check teeth and sinus both to
find out the source. Yes the sinus can cause tooth to ache.

You are right about it feeling like a toothache. I had an upper molar
tooth that I almost got extracted as I had a toothache for almost 6
months.

My DDS could not find anything on an xray so she finally sent me to have
it extracted.
Then one morning I woke up I had a clear, hot cyst that was in my mouth
and that was the end of it.
It was much like a jelly fish that I could see through it with a firm
center.

Yes.....I usually rinse one or two of those out daily!  What are they?

Thanks Murray, I assume this is why I am finding it going all around my
teeth and not in one particular area, even affecting the lower teeth too.

In my experience ... sadly ... this is like calling computer customer
service.

Computer company: Sorry, Sir, but it's the software.

Software company: Must be a problem with your computer itself.

Repeat.

Dentist: nope.  Not dental.  Alllll is fine.

ENT: It's not your sinuses.

Me: but ... every time I take a step, the upper right molars hurt, and
I'm discharging purulent crap when I irrigate.

Them: Me dunno.  Could you please .... leave?

When my maxillary sinuses get full, I get pain and a sensation of
swelling in my gums, teeth and the roof of my mouth.  It is very
painful.  Warm moist packs to my cheeks help and also sucking on ice.

I have a feeling of swelling in the gums, but it is this tingling that
annoys me the most - right on the tips of my teeth!
