Has anyone had turbinate swelling reduction? The nurse said its in
office procedure. Radio waves or something like that. My biggest problem
is that my nose always closes off. My doctor already said I should do
surgery for polips and septum straighting and turbinate reduction. I
dont want to do it yet. I just want to breath a little better instead of
always being closed up. Sometimes my nose is clear but if I get a cold
or allergies than the turbinates swell and close. It is the turbinates
that cause the nasal opening to close off correct????  Any info would be
great. Is it worth having done since its in office and only a local pain
killer. What does it do to keep them from swelling after its done? Thank
you.
