What you have is a guy with some extreme OCD and other mental
problems.  He thinks that the MI5, the equivilent our CIA, is after
him.  He thinks that people are after him and talking about him.  He
knows how to use the computer well enough so he can mass mail every
non-moderated google group that is on the internet.  He looks like he
has spent hours and hours writing his articles and uses the internet
as his forum to let the world know that he is persecuted.  The
internet has made this a much smaller world.  There are some people
out there who have some really severe mental illnesses that are
capable of this type of mass spam.  There are others that just select
a few groups that they ruin with their mental illness problems.
